The Crew Program is a leadership experience for those entering the 10th grade in the fall. Participants will gain confidence and learn about leadership through trainings, guest speakers, and experiential service learning. Crew members form a tight-knit team during their two weeks at camp, while performing kitchen work, cleaning bathrooms, and completing facility projects. College-age leaders act as counselors and plan traditional camp activities including creek hikes, camp outs, campfires, the ropes course, the lake, and much more. All these activities and work periods are used to develop friendships and skills in communication, conflict resolution, teamwork, and responsibility.
