Hobby camp offers a unique opportunity for campers to devote an entire week to one particular activity. Hobby choices include arts & crafts, athletics, adventure/nature, and drama. Ramot is a transitional experience from the more traditional Camp Sisol program, to the Teen Travel program. Ramot builds on outdoor living skills and takes them one step further with two multi-night overnight trips. Chalutzim campers have the opportunity to further develop their outdoor living skills. The summer is divided in to two week blocks for this unit. The first week is spent working on skills and tasks to help prepare for the second weeks' trip. When in camp, Chalutzim campers will visit with specialists within the context of their trip preparations, serve as leaders by helping to serve lunch on Fridays as well as participate in our camp-wide Friday programs.
