Wildwood Leaders-In-Training (LITs) develop leadership skills through hands-on experience with environmental education, conservation, and advocacy. During each session, staff LIT facilitators support and challenge teens to develop their individual leadership skills. Each teen will be given opportunities to practice leading their peers and younger campers in programs and receive support and feedback from the group facilitators. Teens will leave their LIT session with experience and confidence in peer leadership, giving and receiving feedback, and acting as a positive role model for their peers and younger campers.
