This exciting course takes advantage of the multitude of adventure opportunities the Northeast has to offer. This region in Northern New York contains thousands of ponds and lakes, miles of rivers and trails, hundreds of campgrounds, of course, the Adirondack Mountains which are a haven for outdoor recreation of all kinds. Campers will hike, mountain bike, and paddle their way across the Adirondack Mountain region, home to some of the largest trail systems in the United States. They will have the opportunity to canoe on the scenic waters, including Saranac Lake, St Regis Wilderness Canoe area & others. The group will also get to experience rock climbing on the cliffs with incredible views, and will then enjoy a 17 mile wilderness rafting adventure through the Hudson River Gorge, with great whitewater and Adirondack scenery.
