Our Teen Lab program is geared toward those who want to become a camp counselor and are interested in becoming better leaders. Training includes topics such as camp leadership, group games, supervision, planning and administration and a variety of great team-building activities. They will be hands-on with younger campers, and work closely with counselors within a supervised program. Participants will build their own resumes with real life experiences and gain first-hand knowledge working with children, earn community service hours, and help make a difference for themselves and other campers. Teen Lab sessions are 5 days – but campers in this age group will benefit from multiple weeks.
