For a century, Camp Chief Ouray has been the adventurous playground for boys & girls from around the world. Ages 11-13. Two-Week Traditional Camp is designed to provide fun and growth through a series of exciting experiences in a beautiful mountain setting. Even more attention is given to the development of positive human relations, leadership and character development. The 2 weeks at camp consists of a mix between cabin activities decided by the cabin, activities with the other two week cabins, an epic camp out, night hikes, camp wide games, and a chance for campers to choose the activities that they want to be a part of (Freedom of Choice Activities or FOCA). Two weeks at camp gives campers a deeper bond with one another and gives them experiences to become more independent.
